Reporting to the CFO, you will be supporting the management of the day-to-day finance function, and contributing to the expansion of the company.Your new roleAs the successful candidate, your duties will include:

• Monthly Management Accountants, supporting year-end and audits,
• Reporting on all financial information, with analysis and commentary
• Reviewing processes and systems, recommending improvements
• Overseeing bookkeeping and payroll, completed by the Assistant
• Additional ad hoc tasks from the CFO

What you'll need to succeedTo be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA or Part-Qualified and close to completion
• Experience in management accounting is essential
• Experience working for a start-up / high growth business
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
