With a number of recent projects and nearly doubling the size of their team, they are on the lookout for a Senior Accountant for their Essex based office. This position will report into the Head of Finance within a team of 5, within a wider team of over 30. Operating on 3 days in, 2 days from home hybrid model, flexi working and a bonus incentive.

Duties include -

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, balance Sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany account reconciliation
• Preparing and ensuring the filing of statutory accounts
• Managing external auditors’ requests
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing cashflow forecast.
• Responsible for preparing and submission of the annual budget whilst supporting the budgeting of the P&L process.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a large group or PLC with strong technical skills. Experience of a large ERP and strong excel skills is essential.
