The chosen engineers will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and fault finding across multiple commercial properties across the chosen regional patch. The contracts will consist of Offices, Schools, Colleges and many more

Job Description

Maintenance, Services, Fault finding
Carry out PPM,
Dealing with customer enquiries
Site testing and inspections
Leasing with supervisors with updates on works.
Working in various commercial units
Respond to call outs
Ensure works are completed to schedule

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role
18th Edition
2391 - Test and inspection
