Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Drama and Performing Arts department, inspiring both students and staff

* Design and deliver an engaging curriculum that fosters creativity, confidence, and performance skills across all key stages

* Organize and oversee school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities

* Monitor and support student progress, ensuring high achievement and participation in both Drama and Performing Arts

* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance cross-curricular learning experiences

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Be an inspirational teacher with proven experience in Drama and/or Performing Arts education

* Have leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role

* Demonstrate a track record of driving high standards in academic and extracurricular activities

* Be passionate about fostering creativity and self-expression in students of all abilities

* Have excellent organizational and communication skills
