Are you an experienced Head of Learning and Development who is looking for an opportunity to shape and develop this newly created role within this Financial Services organisation.

Salary - up to 95k + Benefits

West Midlands base - with hybrid working pattern

As Head of Learning and Development you will be instrumental in developing the Learning and Development strategy, and implementing relevant and commercial learning solutions including a competency framework, Leadership programmes, and developing an LMS with and through your team.

This will include speaking with stakeholders across the organisation and undertaking a Learning needs analysis to understand what the Learning priorities are.

As an experienced Head of Learning and Development you must have worked within Financial Services and understand how SMCR links through the organisation.
