Senior Sales Consultant | Acton, West London | £75K OTE (Year 1)

A brilliant opportunity to join a high-performing estate agency in Acton, with over a decade of success in the West London market. Known for its strong local reputation, friendly team culture, and high standards, this office is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant ready to take the next step in their career.

This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing team and work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to drive the business forward, win new instructions, and provide a first-class service to vendors and buyers. It would best suit a candidate who is ambitious, motivated, and looking to progress their career with an independent estate agent covering West London.

What We Offer

• £25,000 basic salary + car allowance

• Realistic OTE of £75,000+ in Year 1

• Uncapped commission (up to 15%)

• Monday-Thursday, 8:45 am-6:30 pm (early Friday finish)

• Alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu

Key Responsibilities

• Winning new instructions through valuations

• Managing the full sales process from instruction to completion

• Conducting viewings and providing feedback

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales

• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• Working to individual and team KPIs
