Your new roleAs the Senior Valuer, you will work alongside a small team of experienced surveyors completing valuations for a variety of purposes including loan funding, taxation and Red Book Valuation reports. As part of the role, you will also assist with mentoring and supporting APC level Valuers. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role you will need to be MRICS and a Registered Valuer. Experience working with commercial and industrial property is preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
