A Lloyd's Market Syndicate is looking for a Claims Adjuster to join their Claims team on a permanent basis to assist in the handling of claims, communicating with internal and external stakeholders as well as supporting the wider team.

In the role, you will be responsible for the US Casualty class of business handling claims and stakeholders while ensuring the adherence of internal and external standards for claims and customer service are upheld. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with external clients, brokers and third party experts while sharing key market Intel within the wider Claims team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working within the Lloyd's market/London market.
• Experience working within Claims. Exposure to US Casualty is beneficial.
• Experience working with Claims systems like Electronic Claim File (ECF).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft office suite.

Beneficial experience includes:

• Working towards or completed a ACII qualification.
