As they continue to expand their operations across the UK, they are seeking a talented Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Crewkerne-based team. The Role:
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance on a range of modern, high-tech equipment. You'll bring expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, working on three-phase systems and industrial machinery. Your ability to troubleshoot, fault-find, and optimize performance will be essential in keeping production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and reactive maintenance across the site's machinery.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both mechanical and electrical systems.

* Ensure minimal downtime by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.

* Work confidently on three-phase systems and various industrial mechanical machinery.

What You'll Need:

* Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.

* Proven experience in food, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.

* Strong knowledge of RCM and FMEA methodologies.

* Advanced fault-finding skills and a multiskilled approach.

* Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems is highly desirable.
