Role: Service Coordinator

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm. Friday 8.30am - 4pm.

Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience

I am looking for a proactive and positive person with strong administration and organisational skills to join a great team in Bedford as a service coordinator.

What will you be doing in the service coordinator role?

Efficiently planning and scheduling engineers diaries.
Contact customers to schedule maintenance dates, corrective maintenance and arrange emergency engineer response visits.
Ensure planned maintenance and monitoring meet or exceed established service levels.
Manage customer issues post-maintenance efficiently.
Ensure timely response to emergency callouts within agreed SLA timescales.
