Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Farringdon.** If you have a strong background in Facilities Management and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage a team of electricians, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**What We're Looking For:**
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in a similar role.
- 4-5 years of experience in Facilities Management (FM).
- Level 3 Electrical City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent certification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
