An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Clinical Services Manager to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Reading, Berkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This mental health service is a 24 hour specialist care and support service for people with severe and enduring mental health needs

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As the Clinical Services Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce through recruitment, selection, development and performance management processes
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management and control of staffing, budgets, materials and equipment
  • Promote an effective working relationship across the multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to the development of Elysium policies, procedures, processes and initiatives
  • Ensure clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation, meet quality standards and deliver against key performance indicators
  • Managing the effective implementation of clinical interventions and treatment designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services evaluating through clinical governance and audit

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • At least 2 years of managerial experience within a care setting
  • To be highly organised and perform well under pressure
  • A strong desire for change and innovation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Clinical Services Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
