Your new company is a Private Equity Facilities Management Company that has been trading for just over 10 years and has gone from strength to strength. Winning contracts with many Blue Chip high street entities. They employ over 4500 staff and are looking to increase the Finance Team on a temporary to permanent basis. Your new role will sit in the finance team and report to the Financial Controller. The main duties will include Preparation of Management Accounts on a periodic basis, preparation of departmental reporting periodically

Assist with detailed variance analysis and commentary of periodic resultsProcess periodic journals including accruals and prepayments and all general/nominal journals

Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers

Responding to ad hoc queries as they arise

Balance sheet reconciliations

Preparation of the balance sheet reporting for periodic review

Assist with Project analysis

Assist with the implementation of new systems including procurement and budgeting system

Assist with Ad hoc analysis Assist with the preparation of company budgets and forecasts including departmental input

Assist with preparation for the statutory audit and other statutory reporting including VAT, tax etc. Continuous review of processes and procedures and systems for efficiencies and to ensure fit for purposeWhat you'll need to succeed is experience in a similar role recently and a right to work in the UK with no sponsorship.
