You will be responsible for the preparation of tenders, negotiating prices with suppliers as well as conducting site measurements. You will also be responsible for managing the team of engineers and subcontractors.

This role would suit a Mechanical Surveyor/Estimator with a background in Facilities Maintenance or similar, looking for a company that will offer you a stable position with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The Role:

Create tenders for clients and negotiate suppliers pricing
Carry out site visits for measurements and build great relationships with customers
Manage teams of engineers and subcontractors
Ensure accurate reporting of business activitiesThe Person:
