What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day tasks will vary based on the development and client, but the typical duties include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and online platforms
- Following up on sales leads from Rightmove, Zoopla, and other sources
- Providing excellent customer service and guiding buyers through the process
- Ensuring the marketing suite remains presentable and welcoming
- Taking round any walk ins to see the development models and show rooms
- Assisting with key handovers and home demonstrations
What do we need from you?
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Preferably Front of House experience
- Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals
- Previous property experience is ideal but not essential
- Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable
