Red Recruitment is recruiting a Registered Manager in Swindon to join a certified Great Place to Work organisation. This role will involve working with colleagues in the senior management team and being accountable for the day-to-day operational management of the service.

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £50,000 and is a full-time, permanent position.

Understanding and using in practice HR policies, and procedures
Providing strong leadership to the team aligned with the company care values
Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to support their personal and professional growth
Demonstrating knowledge of current standards and regulations of the wider health and social care sector that apply to the service
Working with the General Manager and networking within local brands to build relationshipsKey Skills and Experience of a Registered Manager:

Level 5 in Health and Social Care is required (additional higher qualifications are desirable)
A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Registered Manager is required
Strong time management and organisational skills are required
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
