Role Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you'll be the heart of our client's operation. Your mission is to create exceptional culinary experiences while upholding the highest quality standards. Our client is on a mission to revolutionise the food industry, believing that every bite matters.
Your responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery and equipment in the food production process.
Weighing & mixing ingredients both manually and via machinery.
Labelling & packaging food ingredients and finished foot items.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

Shifts:              Monday to Friday
Hours:             0700 - 1700
Duration:        Ongoing work (Temp to perm available)
Pay:                 £11.44

Requirements:
Our client is looking for candidates who come from a food production background within a factory setting, providing you with the basic skill set required for this role.

Experience of working within FMCG/Food manufacturing
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
Approachable, flexible and methodical
Keen attention to detail, ability to solve issues
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Able to ensure good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout shifts
Adapts well to a fast paced, high-pressured environment
Due to the location, you MUST have your own transport (you can not reach this company on public transport)
