Our client are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead a small team in delivering data-driven lead generation and sales campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality assets. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, be an excellent communicator and use their strong reporting and data analysis abilities to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
This role would suit a real doer, someone who can thrive on working several projects at once and be able to know where each project is at any any given time, someone who can be flexible, get stuck in and be able to work at pace with confidence.
Responsibilities as Marketing Manager
- Lead and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring all details and progress are well-understood and prioritised
- Execute data-driven lead generation and sales campaigns to drive business growth
- Oversee brand management and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Utilise the CRM to implement and analyse marketing actions and prepare comprehensive reports
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on project and campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies
- Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Oversee brand management and ensure brand consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
Qualifications and Experience as Marketing Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experienced Team Manager
- Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and projects
- Loves working with data and experience producing insightful, focused reports
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with previous content/copywriting experience and spot on proofreading
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to make timely decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
- Previous experience in team management and leadership
