Client: Our client is one of London's leading electrical contractors who have been operating 30+ years. They specialise in Cat A and Cat B fit outs ranging from £100k - £2m. Repeat business is a is a major factor within the business, with clients including Overbury, BW, GPF Lewis and Epiphany. As a result of some key project wins, they are looking to expand their operational team in 2025.

Role: Electrical Project Manager - Central London - £65,000 - £70,000 + Package

Role/Responsibilities:

* Programming

* Technical Submittals

* Procurement

* RFIs - Liaison with client team, main contractor and sub contractors

* Sub-contractor and Labour Management

* Cost Control

* Progress Reporting

* Health & Safety

* Project & Programme Implementation

* Understanding of design and drawings

* Technical & Progress Meetings

* Regular Site Inspection and Snagging

* Compilation of O&M Manuals

The ideal candidate:

* Have 3-5 years' experience managing multi-disciplined Electrical Services Installations.

* Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Electrical services.

* Experience working in the commercial sector.
