The Accounts Junior will be an integral part of the Accounting & Finance department within the Media & Agency industry, tasked with assisting in financial operations and ensuring fiscal accuracy and efficiency.

Description

• Processing treasury payments.
• Daily upkeep of multi-currency cash books.
• Preparing manual payments through banking platforms
• Administrating BACS payments through Host-to-Host platform Access Pay
• Managing general accounting ledgers, recording journals.
• Performing bank reconciliations successfully before deadlines.
• Performing a range of finance administrative tasks.
• Recording standing orders and direct debits.
• Reviewing Audit queries.
• Ad hoc duties when required.

Profile

A successful Account's Junior' should have:

• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles / Reconciliations
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
