We are looking to onboard a new established and experienced property manager for our client based in Watford. This role requires somebody who is knowledgeable, self-motivated and able to manage a busy and varied workload and client base.  

This is a busy and thriving portfolio ready to be taken over by a keen and professional property manager!

Must be a car owner/driver as attending  property sites is a must.

Property Manager duties:

• Preparation of service charge budgets.
• Day to day maintenance of the buildings and communal areas.
• React to and address maintenance reports received.
• Managing a handful of portfolios
• Liaising with contractors regarding reactive maintenance.
• Attending site visits
