A food manufacturer in the Nottinghamshire area is on the hunt for a new Technical Administrator. The company has seen a lot of growth over the last few years, making it a great time to join the business. This position involves carrying out technical administrative tasks such as completing customer specifications and data analysis. If you have admin experience in a food manufacturing environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain all certification schemes and provide info for site audits and visits
• Keep the supplier approval database updated, follow up with suppliers for information, and assist with approval assessments
• Carry out regular traceability checks across products to ensure controls are in place
• Analyse data and share trends/reports with the team
• Set up new products on systems, including labels and specs
• Draft responses to customer complaints, working closely with the Technical, Quality and Production teams

What you will need:

• Science-based qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in the food industry
