Secondary Cover Supervisor

£90 to £120 per day

An 'outstanding' Ofsted graded Secondary School in the Borough of Barnet is on the hunt for a long-term Secondary Cover Supervisor for an ASAP start. This is a full time position which will convert into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Your role of a Secondary Cover Supervisor shall consist of the following:

Cover absent teachers across mainpy English KS3, KS4 or KS5
You will be required to be flexible to cover other subjects where required.
Support students who have difficulties with concentration and SEN
Delivering pre-planned lesson
Manage behaviour effectively
Safeguard pupils effectively
Liaise with senior staff /colleaguesWhat can the school offer you?

Constant CPDRequirements:

Degree level qualifications
QTS is also preferred.
Previous classroom /teaching experience is required
Experience managing behaviour
Understanding of leading and directing a class
Strong knowledge of safeguarding
