Nursery Room leader - Level 3

Salary: Up to £29,000

40 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to join our client's warm and inclusive team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a nurturing environment for children, supporting their development, and building strong relationships with both children and their families. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare and a genuine love for working with young children.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 Qualification: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, demonstrating a solid foundation in early childhood development.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a childcare setting, with leadership or supervisory experience being advantageous.
  • EYFS Expertise: Deep understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application in early childhood settings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both children and adults.
  • Inclusivity Commitment: A firm dedication to creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment that meets the needs of all children.
