Talent Guardian is partnering with a dynamic and growing team near to Ascot to find an experienced POS/Print Account Manager. This role involves working closely with high-profile brands and retailers, providing comprehensive account management. Reporting directly to the Account Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in a small, agile team, supporting projects across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel required. The team's projects cover various categories, including:

• Retail interior design and build
• Point Of Sale (POS) displays 
• Window displays and promotional activations
• Strategic initiatives to enhance retail offerings

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all requirements are met
• Receive and interpret project briefs, coordinating with the supply chain to successfully execute campaigns
• Manage administrative tasks throughout the campaign and project workflow
• Maintain and grow client accounts with a focus on exceptional service and relationship management
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver top-quality design and manufacturing solutions
• Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers, presenting information clearly and professionally
• Support colleagues across the team as needed and contribute to a positive business culture

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in POS and print, particularly within the retail and brand sectors
• Strong understanding of print manufacturing and installation processes, with the ability to manage third-party suppliers
• Proven experience in client service and account management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
