We are recruiting a Site Manager to lead and develop a school site team, combining hands-on work with strategic oversight.

Overview:

As Site Manager, for a single school trust, you’ll ensure school premises are safe and efficient by overseeing maintenance, security, health and safety, and lead a small team.

A typical week:

• Management of site team
• Ensure site is safe & maintained to high standards
• Lead Health & Safety compliance
• Manage contracts & supplier relationships

You'll need the following:

• Leadership/Team management experience
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge
• Maintenance/DIY skills
• Car driver & vehicle access
