Role Overview:
As the UK Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that will fuel the next phase of the company's growth in the consumer goods packaging sector. You will lead, inspire, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and driving performance to meet and exceed targets. This strategic leadership role offers the autonomy to make a real impact and contribute significantly to the business's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets in the UK.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance.
* Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders within the packaging industry.
* Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and successful conversions.
