• Customer Service: Resolve any client issues professionally and efficiently.
• Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to arrange pickups and manage deliveries.
• Route Optimisation: Work with the transport manager to optimise delivery routes.
• Warehouse Collaboration: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
