Are you a keen to oversee a production and manufacturing team?

We are currently working with a leading timber frame manufacturer who are looking a production manager to join their team and help manage a fast-paced environment with staff management and Production output/quality.

Your experience working as a Production Manager within the off-site construction sector (timber frame, engineered timber or modular) would be highly advantageous, however, we are open to talking to people from a range of different sectors as training will be provided.

Your responsibilities as a Production Manager:

Implement robust operations quality processes
Lead and manage a large production team, offering training and guidance
Quality Control
Ensuring H&S across the factory
Stakeholder management
Oversee stock management
Continuous improvement, sharing best practices across all sitesWe would welcome conversations with Production Managers who have:

Management experience
Leadership and communication skills
Experience across Timber frame, timber roof truss and joists or modular
Ability to organise and prioritise workloadsWhat you will receive:

£45-50,000 PA Salary
25 days holiday plus bank holiday
