* This client needs an experienced Business Development Manager from a residential background.

* You will take the lead on work winning activities for the business and identify opportunities in the market.

* You will work closely with the Managing Director in achieving the growth goals of the business.

* Have strong relationships with developers across London

* You must have strong communication skills

* Be able to work on your own initiative and be confident take on responsibility
