Qualifications - RGN (Registered General Nurse) with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Registered on the NMC register
- Palliative care qualification (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to enhancing practice and skills
- Ability to take charge of a shift and delegate responsibilities

Responsibilities - Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff
