Looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join a leading Property Services company in Dartford .

Offering a competitive salary of up to £27,000 + great benefits

Schedule and plan disrepairs, voids, and complex works
Communicate effectively with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents
Prioritise and sequence maintenance tasks efficiently
Ensure works-in-progress jobs are within target and appointed where practicable
Experience in social housing and repair and maintenance
Basic building maintenance knowledge
Strong written English and computer skills
Good project management and communication skills
