Overview:

We are seeking an Interim Manager to support our client's dementia specialist service.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest quality of care is provided
Increase occupancy
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of CQC guidelines and ability to stay up-to-date with any changes
Proficiency in using the Nourish/Care plan systems
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with teams
Familiarity with local governing body is a plus
