An organisation is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will provide first-line support to colleagues and partners, ensuring efficient use of IT systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and categorise incidents using ITIL-aligned processes.
- Independently resolve 70-80% of calls and tickets using technical expertise.
- Ensure all service requests meet designated SLAs.
- Provide thorough Identity Management support.
- Escalate complex issues to other IT teams as necessary.
- Develop self-help resources to enhance user independence.
Candidate Profile:- Minimum of 2 years in an IT Service Desk role.
- IT or related degree preferred.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and ITIL are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
