You will act as an in-house technical expert for the engineering function in the Barbican Centre and Guildhall School, providing advice on their 20-year forward maintenance plan and annual cyclical works.

You will be reporting into the Head of Engineering & Projects whilst also being a key member of the Senior team operating with stakeholders daily. You will also be leading a team of 26+ made up of 4 direct reports and an in-house engineering team.

You will be responsible for the Compliance, Management & Electrical Technical Knowledge functions for the Engineering team.
