Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

* Stay updated on best practices, mental health legislation, and CQC standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.

* Proven managerial experience in a mental health care or learning disabilities setting.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act and CQC standards.
