This role: Mechanical Estimator is with a Midlands based Air Conditioning Contractor who over the last 25 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up the Air Conditioning & Ventilation of projects

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, you will be working closely with one of the Director of the business.

As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be:

* Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £2M

* Working in a close-knit Estimating team

* Pricing up all Mechanical aspects of projects with a bias on the Air Conditioning & Ventilation side of things

* Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Commercial, Industrial & Retail

* Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development

* Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator or an Intermediate Mechanical HVAC Estimator wanting to step up. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Mechanical Estimator your salary will be within the £45-50K region. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the pension and company car scheme.
