What You'll Be Doing
As the Food Production Team Leader, you'll lead and develop a motivated team, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. Key duties include:

Training staff on safety protocols, processes, and quality assurance
Resolving production issues swiftly to minimize downtime
Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
Continuously improving processes to boost productivity
Collaborating with other teams for seamless operations
Leading by example to hit daily targetsThe Details

Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 12 AM
Type: Temp to perm
Pay: £13-£13.50/hour
