Are you an Interim Building Surveyor with experience within Structural and Planned Works?

Would you like to join our client, based in Surrey for an initial 6 month period?

This role offers a competitive day rate of £375-£400 (Umbrella).

If you are a problem solver with strong technical knowledge, and have expertise in any or all of the following, we'd love to hear from you:

✅ Subsidence around insurance claims
✅ Building technology
✅ Working with structural engineers
✅ Heave and plasticity
✅ Substructure repairs
✅ Remedial works - Repairs
✅ Understanding and working with contractors on frameworks
✅ Understanding how deliverables work
✅ Kitchen, Bathroom, and Roof replacements
✅ Understanding of JCT contracts
