Social and Digital Designer - Contract

Start Date: Mid-October

Duration: 1 month rolling

Location: Watford - hybrid working

Day Rate: Up to £320 per day, outside IR35

My client are a leading, global retailer, currently on the market for a Senior Social and Digital Designer to join their fast growing creative teams.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for the design, creation and art direction of strong brand/social/digital/advertising. campaigns from concept to finished assets across all media channels.
• Film on a supplied iPhone for in-store, at home, on-shoot and BTS social content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Developing leading creative ideas, designs and wider creative solutions that can work across all channels: social, digital, film and video.
• Content creation skills are key for this role.
• A passion for creating engaging, cut through concepts and teaming up with the Copywriter in delivering them.

Requirements:

• In-depth graphic design experience particularly within the retail, beauty, ecommerce, homeware industries!
• Good knowledge of video/film creation for social media platforms.
• Advanced knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Motion graphics experience - ability to animate typography and visuals for digital channels.
• Must be comfortable working with editors, photographers, producers etc.
