Finance Assistant | £15 - £16 per hour (umbrella) | Greater Manchester | 3+ months:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to their team for an initial 3 month contract with the potential for a permanent opportunity afterwards, and also offers hybrid working.

Duties:

• Processing high volume invoices and rent payments
• Recording back transactions in financial management system on a timely basis
• Preparing BACS payments relating to refunds and overpayments, as well as assisting in period end processes including debit runs
• Communicating with external stakeholders including suppliers and contractors

Experience:

• Experience working within a financial services role – at least 2 years
• Immediately available or on short notice
• Need to be motivated, driven and able to use own initiative to pick up new systems and processes
