National Account Manager - Grocery

We're looking for a National Account Manager to take full ownership of major Grocery accounts, managing multi-million-pound P&Ls and driving growth.

Key responsibilities:

Manage key Grocery accounts to drive sales and profitability
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximise growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders
Lead annual joint business planning (JBP) negotiations
 Analyse market trends and performance data to identify new opportunities
Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
What we're looking for:

Experience managing UK customers in FMCG (Grocery or Retail experience is a plus)
 A commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
A self-starter who thrives in both autonomous and team-based environments
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
