A forward-thinking Construction Consultancy in London is seeking a Cost Consultant to join their expanding team.

Role Overview

As a Cost Consultant, you will collaborate with a team of experts and gain exposure to various projects in the Hotels and Residential sectors. You will be involved in pre and post-contract services for some of London's most prestigious hospitality buildings.

Key Requirements of the Cost Consultant

* MRICS qualification preferred but not mandatory

* Experience in pre and post-contract services

* Strong client-facing skills

* Experience across multiple sectors is advantageous

* Minimum of two years' experience in the UK
