Their focus is on providing a range of critical nuclear solutions across the markets of Defence, civil decommissioning & clean energy, both in the UK & Internationally.

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for mentoring & coaching team members whilst building strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

Leading & managing engineering projects to ensure timely project delivery
Supervising & mentoring engineers & technical specialists
Building & maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders & customers
Produce, review & approve technical documents & reports
Foster a culture of safety, best practice & continuous improvement
Supporting business development & tender processesWhat are we looking for?

Engineering degree in a relevant discipline
Chartered Engineer status
Experience of managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects
