Salary: £24,000
No weekends! 
35 Hours a week, working Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00)

Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound email inquiries, adhering to a specified response timeframe.
Collaborate effectively with subscribers to verify that all information is accurate and complies with GDPR regulations.
Open and manage claims files for approval and authorisation.
Handle inbound calls by identifying the caller's needs, providing relevant information, or transferring the call to the appropriate department.
Provide clear and concise explanations regarding claim validations to ensure understanding.To be considered for this Warranty Administrator, you will:
Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
