As a registered RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health concerns in their mental health hospital, including those in the CAMHS Tier 4 low secure unit.
Qualifications - RMN qualification and current registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body
- Experience in a mental health hospital setting
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and their impact on individuals and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to care
