My client is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their Engineering & Manufacturing team to ensure the highest quality products. The role will include inspecting goods, analysing measurements and reporting on quality.

Description

Key responsibilities:

Operating CMM.
Inspecting and measuring materials, products, and installations to specifications.
Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
Communicating inspection results to manufacturing staff.
Analysing inspection results and making recommendations for improvement.
Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
Setting up and performing destructive and nondestructive tests on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics.
Participating in the development of new product designs to ensure manufacturability and conformance with global quality standards.
Supporting all regulatory, health and safety standards.Profile

A successful Quality Inspector should have:

Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and data analysis software.
Strong mathematical and technical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.Job Offer
