SME sized precision engineering business, part of a global group, specializing in highly technical components for marine, power generation, and industrial markets. We are currently navigating through a pivotal turnaround phase, and are looking for a hands on, visionary Managing Director to lead our operations and drive sustainable growth.

Role Overview:
As the Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of our transformation journey. You will bring a hands-on approach to leadership, leveraging your extensive experience in precision engineering to enhance our product approval products and operational efficiencies. Your deep understanding of technical industry standards and market demands will be crucial in repositioning our business for success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and execute the turnaround strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

* Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.

* Drive new product development and approval processes, enhancing our competitive edge.
