Role Overview:

Working closely with our clients and candidates, you will play a crucial role in building relationships, assessing skills and qualifications, and facilitating successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.

* Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and preferences, and present suitable candidates for consideration.

* Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or related industries.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.

* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

* Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and compliance requirements.
