Responsibilities of this role:

• We are seeking to recruit Experienced Social Workers to undertake the role Enquiry Manager.
• This entails ensuring that a robust and proportionate safeguarding enquiry is undertaken, and that the person’s views, wishes and preferred outcomes remain at the centre of the process.
• We are interested in experienced practitioners who would like to further develop their knowledge, skills and experience in the area of adult safeguarding.
• You will demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to a person-centred, strengths-based approach.
• You will be committed to being in the office twice per week.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience.
